GENERAL RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

DRIVERS LICENSE AND LIMITS
For groups A, B, C, D, J, K and P minimum age requirements is 21 with at least one year of valid driving licence. Groups E, F, G, I, O 25 years of minimum age with 2 years of valid driving licence is required. For groups N and H, 3 years of driving licence and 27 years person are the minimum requirements.

RENTAL PERIOD
Rental periods are calculated on a 24 hour bases.

LONG TERM RENTALS
Minimum rental of period is 30 days. Please contact Fix Car offices for further details about rental and conditions.

WHAT IS INCLUDEDAND EXCLUDED IN THE RATES
Rates are inclusive of unlimited free kilometers, costs of lubrication and Technical maintenance. Petrol and mandatory Value Added Tax at the rate of 18% are added on the rates.

PETROL
Vehicles are delivered with full tank, and are expected to be returned back full. Otherwise, a service charge will be applied to refull. 

ONE-WAY RENTAL
One-way rental is allowed between the Fix Car locations within Turkey. According to this, the rental car should be returned to Fix Car location than the commencing city, is subjected to One-Way fee application. For service fees and further information, contact to your travel agent or Fix Car offices.

ADDITIONAL DRIVERS
In order to have additional person(s) drive the car along with the original renter, the details of their driving licence(s) must be registered in the rental agreement at the of issuing contract. Otherwise all insurance coverage become void and both the renter and the additional driver(s) will be held fully responsible legally and financially for any and all damages and losses to Fix Car’s property as well as to third parties.

DELIVERY AND PICK-UP
Free delivery and pick-up service is available within city borders during Office working hours. Service fee is charged for deliveries and pick-up to and from places where no Fix Car Office exists. Calculation is made e.g. the nearest Fix Car location. For service fees and further details, contact your travel agents or Fix Car Office.

DELAYED RETURN
If the vehicle is returned after the agreed return time, 1/3 of the daily rental rate is charged for every excess hour. If the delay is exceeded by 3 hours, the full day rental rate is charged e.g. the applicable rate.

INSURANCES
For Fix Car, it is a must that the renters are fully insured by the way law orders and to make insurance offers according to the customers requirements. There are two types of protection insurances offered by Fix Car. The first type is the mandatory insurance, applied by the government rule that is Third Party Liability insurance and, the second type is the voluntary insurance and waivers which are the Collision Damage Waiver, Theft Protection and SOS Personal Accident insurances, are all designed by Fix Car for the confidence and safety of the customers. PAYMENT
Full payment is required by one of the major credit cards e.g. the Diners Card, American Express, Visa, Euro card, Master Card ad Access at the time of rental.

TRAFFIC FINES
Legal responsibilities resulting from traffic violations that incur during the rental period are charged to the renter.

OTHER CITY SERVICES
Baby Seat is available with a notice prior to 48 hours. For service fees and further details, contact your travel agent or Fix Car Office.
